PURPOSE: A shift register controlling the operation of an LCD is provided to be capable of reducing the number of shift steps and increasing operation speed by shifting and outputting input data by half clock. CONSTITUTION: A shifter output part(100) consists of a plurality of shifters(110), which respective clocks(CK) are commonly connected to a division clock(CLK/2). The plurality of shifters(110) are cascaded so that an output(O) of a front shifter(110) is input to an input(I) of the next shifter(110), and an input(I) of a first shifter(SR1) is connected to input data(Vin), which are shifted by half of the division clock(CLK/2). A select output part(200) consists of a plurality selectors(210), which receive the outputs of odd shifters(SRi-1) and even shifters(SRi) to output first/second output signals(VO2i-3,VO2i-2) and third/fourth output signals(VO2i-1,VO2i).
