PURPOSE: A non-powered shaver for hairs of the nostril is provided to be useful almost semi-permanently without occurrence of troubles as well as to promote convenience in use and safety. CONSTITUTION: A folding portion(2) is formed in the center when an iron plate having excellent flexibility and strength is bent. A couple of handle partings(1) are formed in opposite to each other, and both folding portions(2a) are formed on the handle partings. A cutting ring(40) having a hole(41) is formed integrally on the folding portion(2a) of the handle parting while a circular cutting plate(50) is formed on the other folding portion of the other handle parting through the hole. When a user contracts the handle parting with a hand, a circular cutting pipe is inserted into another opposed circulating cutting pipe. The hairs of the nostril are positioned between the two circular cutting pipes. Therefore, the circular cutting pipe to be inserted grips the hairs of the nostril and cuts the hairs simply like cutting an iron plate on a press.
