Lock has bolt (2) in shank (3) from which are placed two mortises, one rectilinear (4) and one helicoidal (5), working toget with pins (12, 6) attached to respective pinion (13, 7). During electric running, pinion (13) is electro-mechanically blocked, a running of engine (11), coupled with pinion (7), drives entrance or exit of bolt. During power cut, pinion (7) is blocked by stop torque of engine, and manipulation of pinion (13) allows entrance or exit o bolt. Pause control of engine is ensured by comparative measure of its excitation signal.
