PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wash device excellent in property for removing germs. SOLUTION: A faucet, a washbowl 2, and a ventilator 5 are provided. A water-repellent film is formed on the bowl surface 2a of the washbowl 2. Zeta electric potential of a surface of the waterrepellent film is more than -40 mV and less than -10 mV. The ventilator 5 can jet gas over the bowl surface 2a of the washbowl 2. An antibacterial agent fixed to the water-repellent film.
