PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb or release moisture to keep humidity in an indoor space constant by sticking a humidity conditioning plaster board and a humidity conditioning ceramic tile containing a humidity conditioning material through a hydroscopic adhesive in opposition to the venting space of a wall frame material. SOLUTION: A humidity conditioning plaster board 12 manufacturing to knead a humidity conditioning material such as pulverized coal is stuck in opposition to the venting space 32 of a frame material 30, and a constant gap is opened to adhere a humidity conditioning ceramic tile 14 pressed and baked by adding the humidity conditioning material through a hydroscopic adhesive layer 16 on the surface of the humidity conditioning plaster board 12 to form a humidity conditioning wall material 10. At first, moisture occurring in a room is quickly absorbed into the humidity conditioning ceramic tile 14, and transferred to the humidity conditioning plaster board 12 through the hydroscopic adhesive layer 16. The moisture exceeding the volume of the humidity conditioning plaster board 12 is discharged from a venting space 32 through a venting opening, and lowering of moisture absorption ability does not occur. In addition, when the indoor space is dried, supply is received from the humidity conditioning plaster board 12, the humidity conditioning ceramic tile 14 discharge moisture, and a humidity environment is kept within a constant range.
