PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for making tilting control of a tilting window. SOLUTION: This controller of a tilting window making use of a cable gear is so constituted that a balanced weight is horizontally provided to the upper part of a ventilator capable of being freely tilted with both side shafts provided to the upper parts of middle sections of stiles as fulcrums, guide brackets 1 and 2 of the cable gear are mounted to a still and a part of jambs through guide pipes so that the cable gear can make slidable reciprocating motion along the still jambs, a moving body 1 having a projected shaft slidably moving on the upper guide brackets 1 and 2 interlocked with the cable gear and a moving body 2 having a lock shaft are provided on the guide brackets 1 and 2, controllers A and B controlling a ventilator tilting angle and a time when it is fully closed by moving the projected shaft are provided to the stiles of the ventilator, the controllers for controlling the maximum open angle of the tilting of the ventilator are provided from the opposite surface side, a controller D for making the lock control of the ventilator by the lock shaft of the moving body 2 when it is fully closed is provided to a bottom rail and that a drive section pushing and pulling the cable gear is provided to the cable gear.
