SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of purification of proxanols that are nonionogenic surface-active substances based on copolymers of polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol (molecular mass is from 4000 to 15000 Da). Proxanols (foreign analog is pluronics) are used as components of medicinal forms used for intravenous administration or as perfusion or transfusion media. Method involves saturation of proxanol dissolved in apyretic water before filtration with carbon dioxide decreasing pH value. Then proxanol solution is filtered through membrane filter in carbon dioxide atmosphere, solution is autoclaved in sealed bottles and bottles with solution are kept at 65-70 C for 12-14 h after preliminary cooling.
