PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a fixing method to reduce cost of work by constituting a fixing device for a foaming form of a band to wind a part of the form, a bolt to fix the band to the form for a hollow floor, and a receiving base having an inclination part to prevent the form from moving. SOLUTION: A band 2 of a fixing device is formed in a longthwise direction with a required length to surround the whole circumference of a substantially cylindrical foaming form 7a for every specified interval. A receiving base 15 has an inclination part that receives a substantially circular-arc shaped lower part of the form 7a and prevents the form 7a from moving, and mounted in the form for a hollow floor board. The inclination angleθ9 of the inclination part is in a range of about 30±10 degrees with respect to a horizontal plane Thereby the lower part of the foam 7a is retained so as to effectively prevent the right and left movement thereof. Accordingly, in the hollow floor board, it is possible to allow the foaming form 7a from being embedded at a specified position so as to ensure a specified thickness thereof for the placement of concrete.
