PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylenic resin composition giving a propylenic film or sheet which is largely improved in heat seal strength. SOLUTION: Peak top temperature (Tc) in the maximum temperature of a crystallizing curve and a differential calorie (ΔHm) of a melting curved measured using a differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) satisfy Tc>=((1/4).ΔHm+90), and further, a frequency (ω) andΔHm in which a storage elastic modulus (G') and loss elastic modulus (G") in frequency dispersion measurement ofΔHm and melt viscoleasticity satisfy G'=G" fulfillω<=((1/10).ΔHm+15).
