PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a control of opening pressure of a nozzle needle for partial loading by means of a simple method without using an expensive fluid pressure controlling/adjusting device. SOLUTION: An injection valve 1 is provided with two groups of injection passages each capable of adjusting an injection pressure. When full load is applied, a second group of injection passage is added to a first group for partial loading. In this case, the injection pressure in partial loading is controlled by an adjustable initial tension of a compression spring 7 acting to a hollow needle 11.
