PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cotton pants equipped with socks that can prevent a child with atopy from being smeared with blood by scratching its legs. SOLUTION: Not only a rubber string 3 but also a string 2 are passed through the flank side of the cotton pants so that the string 2 may be tied and a pair of socks are set to the hems of the cotton pants.
