SUBSTANCE: gear has case with lower and upper bosses and lower lid which forms together with case interelectrode chamber. Interelectrode chamber has anode and cathode spaces separated by lower cylindrical boss of case and intercommunicating in lower part of chamber. Flat ring anode with holes is located in anode space and bar cathode is put into dielectric rod that is brought into interelectrode chamber through threaded hole in lower lid. This enables working part of cathode to be centered relative to hole of outlet branch pipe mounted on upper cylindrical boss. Permanent magnet of cylindrical form is put on to upper cylindrical boss and its magnetic field embraces space close to cathode formed by outlet branch pipe and upper cylindrical boss.
