PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parting device for wall face suitable for parting a wall face part to which a highly frequent wall finishing sheets are adhered, and a wall face to which no sheets are adhered, eliminating a gap at one side due to unevenness of the wall face, and ensuring coverage of the finishing sheet ends at the other side. SOLUTION: A wall parting device has a core member 1 of hard material on which a locking edge 3 rising at both side edges of a bottom plate 2 mounted on a wall face and extending outwardly therefrom is protruded and a covering member 4 of soft material on which an engagement recessed edge 6 recessed in both sides of the inner face of a main covering portion for covering the front side of the core member 1 is mounted to be locked to the locking edge of the core member 1 and an upper side edge 8 to be adhered to the wall face in installation and a lower side edge 9 for holding a preset gap to the wall face are formed.
