PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make obtainable a constant sensitivity at all times without any relation to the position of a fire source by setting the outlet face of a nozzle approximately flush with the outer circumferential face of the head body in a fire extinguishing and fire suppressing closed type spray outlet head atomizing and discharging water in a mist form from the outlet, when a heat sensitive element is broken by heat. SOLUTION: The fire extinguishing and fire suppressing closed type spray outlet head 1 atomizes and discharges water in a mist form from a nozzle 4, provided with the nozzle 4 attached to a head body 3 having an attachment part 2 to a discharge pipe, and holds a heat sensitive element 6 to the bottom end via a support member 5. An outlet 4a is provided for each nozzle, for example, and a glass valve and a melting metal are used for the heat sensitive element 6 which is melted at a fire. A face of the outlet 4a of the nozzle 4, namely, a face to be a surface in being attached is set approximately flush with the outer circumferential face of the had body 3. This constitution allows a heat airflow flowing along the ceiling to abut against the heat sensitive element so as to be able to obtain a prescribed sensitivity without any relation to the position of the fire source.
