PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain light weight while ensuring clamping force of a flange part. SOLUTION: A weather strip 14 mounted on a flange part 13 of an opening part of a vehicular body has a trim body 15 and a collar piece 16. The trim body 15 consists of clamping walls 20, 21 and a connecting part 22 and it is not required to bury a metallic insert. When the color piece 16 is fitted to the connecting part 22 of the trim body 15, return deformation of the clamping walls 20, 21 which is turned to a clamping direction to clamp the flange part 13 is suppressed to more strongly clamp the flange part 13.
