PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantaneously inform about the trouble of a biological treating part and to simultaneously stop the inflow of a ground org. waste mixture by providing a means for detecting the trouble when a discharging/transferring means breaks down and for stopping the drive of a grinding part by an electrical signal or for informing the trouble. SOLUTION: When a blower 6 breaks down, the oxygen supply to microorganisms stops and the microorganisms becomes extinct and ground org. waste is discharged without being treated and causes the contamination of the environment since the blower feeds air to a biological treating part 5. And a treating performance is deteriorated since the biological treating part 5 does not actuate normally when an agitator 7, a pump 8, a controller 9 or the like being constituting elements break down. In order to avoid this, the current value, voltage value, resistance value, blow air pressure, operation sound, amount of pumping up, instrument temp. or the like of the blower 6, agitator 7, pump 8, controller 9 or the like are measured, and when abnormal information is suspected, a disposer 2 and a water supply part 3 are instantaneously stopped by an electrical signal 10 and the system informs abnormality to an operator and a user.
