PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of galvanized steel sheet which can prevent uneven coating density on the galvanized steel sheet, and a producing method of a galvannealed steel sheet which can prevent generation of uneven alloyed coating density on the galvannealed steel sheet and has the excellent outward appearance. SOLUTION: In the producing method of galvanized steel sheet which executes the galvanization after pickling and cold-rolling the hot-rolled steel sheet, the average roughness Ra on the surface of the hot-rolled steel sheet is made to >=0.8μm with the pickling. Further, the producing method of the galvannealed steel sheet excellent in the outward appearance applies the heat-alloying treatment to the galvanized steel sheet.
