PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the amount of a sample to be used and lower the cost by releasing compressed air, which is produced by compressing a prescribed amount of air to a prescribed pressure, to a sample storage part, in which the sample is stored, by operating a control valve and spraying the sample through a tip end opening through a needle penetrating in the sample storage part. SOLUTION: An injection needle 15 is so installed as to penetrate the bottom wall of a sample reservoir 10, which is a sample storage means, and be projected and supported in the reservoir 10, and a three-way valve 20, which is a control valve, is installed between an air compressor 2 and the sample reservoir 10. A joining pipe 21 on the upstream side of the three-way valve 20 is joined to the tip end joining part of a cylinder 3 and a slight amount of a sample S is put in the sample reservoir 10 and the sample reservoir 10 is joined to a joining pipe 22 on the downstream side of the three-way valve 20. After that, a prescribed amount of air compressed to a prescribed pressure in the cylinder 3 is released to the sample reservoir 10 to instantaneously jet the sample S in the sample reservoir 10 out of the tip opening of the injection needle 15 through the needle 15.
