PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to connect a commutator with respective terminals of armature coils of a non-molded type eccentric rotor and simplify assembly by making an additional eccentric member unnecessary by moving the gravity center of the commutator by movement of the commutator itself. SOLUTION: This motor comprises a commutator substrate 1 formed to be non-cyclic outer shape as a top view and containing resin 2 with 1.3-8 specific gravity at least partially and a plurality of commutator pieces 1s installed in the commutator substrate 1. In this case, a non-molded type eccentric rotor is produced using an eccentric commutator in which at least a resin existing part is made eccentric and the extension part united with the commutator pieces is projected out of the commutator substrate 1 in the gravity center side to be employed as line connecting terminal parts 1a. The eccentric rotor is sable for a cored or core-less motor.
