PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the force of a user or the like unnecessary and to reduce consuming of electric power. SOLUTION: A pump mechanism 7 has two chambers, a right chamber 14 and a left chamber 15, which are formed separated by a diaphragm 13. When liquid soap is ejected, an upper stream side of a water supplying pipe 4 and the left chamber 15 are communicated by a three-directional switching valve 10 and a switching valve 11. Water 5 in the water supplying pipe 4 is introduced keeping a supplying pressure into the left chamber 15, thereby. As a result, an ejecting pressure caused from the supplying pressure is given to the liquid soap 2 supplied from a tank 2 to the right chamber 14. The liquid soap 2 is ejected from a sending-out mouth 3a of a liquid soap metal fitting 3 by the ejecting pressure.
