PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality control method suitable for an efficient working by calculating coordinates of a shape of a rolled surface image taken by a camera on the basis of three-dimensional position of a fastening machine obtained by a GPS, and displaying the three-dimensional shape of each rolled surface on a monitor. SOLUTION: A three-dimensional position of a compaction machine 1 measured by use of a GPS and image data taken by a digital camera 2 are stored in a computer 7. In this case, based on the three-dimensional position of the machine 1, inclination compensation is applied and a mounting position of the camera 2 is calculated. Then, based on the position, the three-dimensional coordinates of the shape of a surface rolled is obtained, and if required the shape is displayed on a monitor 8. The three- dimensional position data of the machine 1 is subjected to computer processing so as to three-dimensional coordinates at the time of running. A moving track figure of the machine 1, a rolling number control figure, a control figure of a thickness of each layer and a ground height control figure are displayed on the monitor 8. Accordingly, planewise control at the step of execution of work is made possible to thereby improve the quality of execution of work.
