PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearance or the like by incorporating integrally a cut-off portion to collect water in a sink by installing in the drain opening portion of the sink and making it openable by sliding. SOLUTION: A cut-off portion 3 incorporated integrally in the drain opening 2 portion of a sink 1 is made openable by means of sliding by combining horizontally, vertically, diagonally or the like. Subsequently, a disposer to crush garbage is installed in the drain opening 2 portion, and a device to detect the opening and closing of the cut-off portion 3 incorporated integrally in the sink 3 is provided to control the vibration of the disposer. When the detector determines that the cut-off portion 3 is open, the disposer is brought to a halt for safety sake and a sound insulating function is provided in the cut-off portion 3 to use as a sound insulating lid. Therefore, maintainability while not in use can be improved while retaining the draining and cleaning properties.
