PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a re-releasable adhesive sheet good in preservation stability of a wound-up product and capable of maintaining adhesion after application to an adherend, re-releasability and re-applicability at a satisfactory level. SOLUTION: There is provided a re-releasable adhesive sheet comprising a surface substrate, an adhesive layer containing adhesive fine particles and a release sheet laminated in this order, wherein the adhesive fine particle (A) comprises an acrylic polymer having a gel content of 70-95%, a wt. average mol.wt. (Mw) of the tetrahydrofuran soluble portion of 100,000-500,000 measured by the GPC, a Mw/Mn ratio of 4-12 (where Mn is a number average mol.wt.) and a glass transition temperature of -40 deg.C or below, the adhesive layer contains a binder (B) comprising an acrylic (co)polymer having a glass transition temperature of -40 to 60 deg.C, the (A)/(B) ratio being 100/0 to 60/40, a plasticizer (C) and/or a tackifier (D) and a crosslinking agent (E) containing at least two oxazoline groups in one molecule, and the water content of the surface substrate having the adhesive layer laminated thereon is 10 wt.% or less.
