PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make findable even a small hole for a fire hose and to make a fire hydrant device surely examinable by providing a normally closed test valve on the secondary side of the fire hydrant valve and providing a connecting port for connecting a cylinder for feeding the compressed air in a test in the test valve. SOLUTION: A fire nozzle 7 is attached to one end side of a fire hose 6, a normally closed test valve 12 is connected to a central attaching port of a T-shaped joint 10 provided in a secondary side of a fire hydrant valve 8 in the other end side, and a connecting port is provided in the tip of the test valve 12. When inspecting the fire hose 6, a gas cylinder is connected to the connecting port of the test valve 12 via a connecting hose so as to open the test valve 12 and at the same time the cock of the gas cylinder is opened to inject the compressed air in the fire hose 6. The cock of the gas cylinder is closed, and when the value of a pressure gauge in the tip of the gas cylinder is not lowered for a prescribed time, it is judged to be normal, and when the value lowers, it is judged that there is an abnormal point in the hose 6.
