PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift-up structure capable of being applied to an overhanging structure of tower-like building tapered from the lower end to the upper end. SOLUTION: In a tower body 11 tapered from the lower part to the upper part, a plurality of division bodies 20 to compose an observation platform 40 at the upper end of the tower body are formed on the ground individually, being disposed around the lower end 11b of the tower-like building at prescribed intervals, being lifted, while controlling the intervals between a plurality of the division bodies to gradually become narrow upward, so as to abut on each other, being integrally connected to each other, thereby composing the observation platform 40.
