PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to easily elute several kinds of minerals in an electrolytic bath by providing the electrolytic bath for producing mineral water in which a cathode, and an anode incorporating one or more kind of metals are arranged to face to each other and voltage is applied across these cathode and anode and the anode forming metal is eluted. SOLUTION: A tank 2 for storing city water, a circulation path 3 provided at the bottom of the tank 2, and a circulation pump 4 for circulating the water in the tank 2 which is provided in the midway of the circulation path 3, are provided inside a main body 1 of a mineral water production unit, and an anode plate 6 and a cathode plate 7 are arranged to face to each other in the electrolytic bath 5 connected to the downstream end of the circulation path 3. When direct current voltage is applied across both the electrode plates 6,7, the metal constituting the anode plate 6 elutes and becomes metallic ions and they are fed to the city water introduced in the electrolytic bath 5 as a mineral component. A mineral elution quantity is parallel to the product of electric current and time, then by changing either one between the electric current and the time, the mineral elution quantity can be controlled optionally.
