PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute the exchange and the inspection of an air filter without attaching and detaching a cover body to/from a device main body. SOLUTION: A supporting body 23 of a front grill 14 is inserted freely insertably and detachably in a bearing part 25 provided at a cabinet 11, and the front grill 14 is swingably supported between the illustrated mounting position covering an air filter 36 and the releasing position for exposing the air filter 36 in the connected state in which the supporting body 23 is inserted in the bearing part 25. When the front grill 14 at the releasing position is moved upward along a guide surface 25B of the bearing part 25, the supporting body 23 is pulled out from the inside of the bearing part 25 and the front grill 14 is disassembled from the cabinet 11.
