PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable narrow application by a method in which valve body tip parts are arranged on the tip surface of a head shaft, a retreat restriction means is installed in the head shaft so that the valve body tip parts protrude from the tip part of the head shaft during retreat, and a clearance between the surface to be coated and the tip surface of the head shaft is formed. SOLUTION: A valve body 11 has a retreat restriction means in a head shaft 6 so that the tip part 14 of the valve body 11 protrudes from the tip surface 8 of the head shaft 6 during the maximum retreat of the valve body 11 when the tip part 14 is pushed to a surface to be coated. The restriction means makes the rear end of the valve body 11 contact the bottom part of the recessed part 5 of a shaft body 1. By the restriction means, during application, a clearance to be a liquid bank is formed between the surface to be coated and the tip surface 8 of the head shaft 6. In this way, narrow application is made possible by slanting the tip surface 8 in the long diameter direction to the surface to be coated and moving in the long diameter direction. |
