PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting machine for the inner surface of a concrete pipe by which work forming a groove with prescribed width on the inner peripheral surface of the concrete pipe buried in the ground is easily performed in the case of performing work constructing a flexible part in the concrete pipe. SOLUTION: A guide frame 2 is freely rotatably supported between a pair of opposite supporting frames 1, 1' in which three pieces of supporting legs 6 are radially projected. A supporting frame 3 of the cutting machine is provided on the guide frame 2 through a guide means 24, A notching is performed in necessary depth by moving the guide means 24 in the radial direction of the concrete pipe. Then, a nick in the axial direction of the pipe is formed by moving the guide means 24 in the axial direction. Furthermore, the nick in the periferal direction is provided by rotating the guide frame 2. The inner face of concrete is released by inserting the tip of a bar into each nick and prizing it.
