PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform partial exchange of a stator and to prevent the occurrence of rotation in a state for a stator to be separated from an outer pipe due to friction of a rotor. SOLUTION: A stator 20 is formed by interconnecting a plurality of stator unit bodies 24. Further, an opening part, not shown, is formed in an outer pipe 40 and a recessed part, not shown, is formed in a stator unit body 24. By fitting a lock tool in the opening part and the recesses part, it is prevented from occurring that a stator unit body 24 is rotated through friction with a rotor 30.
