PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition good in easiness of application to lips, stickiness, gloss, etc., and excellent in makeup lasting quality such as no color migration by including a specific nonaqueous polymer dispersion, a specified fluorine-modified silicone and a specific alkoxy-modified silicone. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) a nonaqueous polymer dispersion in which a polymer is dispersed in a volatile silicone, (B) a fluorine-modified silicone represented by formula I [Rf is a 1-12C perfluoroalkyl; (a) is 0-5; m and n are each the average number and m is 1-500; n is 0-500] and (C) an alkoxy-modified silicone represented by formula II (OR is a 2-30C alkoxy; X and Y are each the average number and X is 0-500; Y is 1-500). The polymer of the component A is preferably a polymer of an acrylic or a methacrylic ester or a copolymer of the acrylic ester and methacrylic ester. Furthermore, a sucrose ester of benzoic acid is preferably dispersed in the component A.
