PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce material cost while providing sufficient strength by dispensing with the use of a hot-melt adhesive or the like and reducing the thickness of a water absorbing sheet. SOLUTION: A water absorbable laminated sheet is obtained by laminating a layer (A) comprising a water permeable material and a water absorbing layer (B) consisting of a thermoplastic resin fiber aggregate and a polymeric absorbing material. Further, a layer (C) comprising a water permeable material or a layer (D) comprising a waterproof material may be laminated. In this case, the thermoplastic resin fiber aggregate has thermal adhesiveness to the materials constituting the layers (A), (C), (D).
