PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope device capable of miniaturizing and lightening its operation part, superior in operability, and reducible in the tiredness of operator. SOLUTION: The endoscope device has an inserting part 2 that has a bending part 3, and has a branch part 5 at the proximal end part of inserting part 2. An operation part 7 is set on the one of the branch part through a flexible cord 6. An angle operation knob 16 is set on the operation part 7. Then the external device, such as an air sending/water sending/suction unit 21, light source video unit 20, is set on another branch part through a universal cable 8.
