<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for measuring a degree-of-deterioration constituted so as to be able to measure an accurate degree of deterioration. SOLUTION: In this system for measuring a degree-of-deterioration, the quantity of the reflected light 12 generated by irradiating the surface of the insulating resin of an electromotor with light is measured by a quantity-of-light measuring part 8 after a predetermined time before quantity of light is stabilized after the lighting of light sources 6, 14 is measured by a quantity-of-reflected light measuring start time limiting means 22, and a degree of deterioration is calculated on the basis of the quantity of reflected light by a degree-of- deterioration operating part 1 and, at this time, it is judged whether the surface of the insulating resin is the surface of a winding wherein an uneven surface appears regularly from preliminarily stored correlation and the actually measured quantity of reflected light by a judging means and the degree of deterioration is calculated when the surface of the insulating resin is judged to be the surface of the winding wherein the uneven surface appears regularly by the judging means.</p> |
