PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a movable iron piece from bounding when the movable iron piece is closed if an excitation voltage of a coil varies to some extent. SOLUTION: An elastic cushion material 21 is interposed between a yoke 11B and a step part 7B. Flange parts 22A, 22C are provided on upper and lower ends, respectively, of a tube part 22B of a spool 22. A gap 13B is formed between a left-side inner wall of the tube part 22B and a middle leg 11C while the left side portions of the flange parts 22A, 22C are obliquely formed to provide slopes 13A, 13C, respectively. A projection part 22D is formed beneath the spool 22, and the projection part 22D is fittingly inserted between a pair of projection parts 7C formed on a lower case 7.
