PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a pharmacist to easily counsel a patient by providing tables including a patient management table, a prescription data/disease name inference table, etc., and also inferring the disease names and guiding the patients. SOLUTION: This system includes a central processing part 1, a keyboard 2, a mouse 3, an FD drive 4, a CD-ROM drive 5, a display 6, a printer 7, a hard disk, an external storage device 9, etc. A program is installed in the storage device 9 to support the pharmacist counseling and also the necessary tables (data bases) including a patient management table, a prescription data/disease name inference table, a question table, a guidance message table, a feedback information table, etc., are stored in the storage device 9. Thus, the disease names are inferred and the guidance is given to the patients. |
