PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare and confirm a service condition sheet and an estimate sheet while obtaining a customer's confirmation at an optional place in an out-sourcing work of an information processing system, etc. SOLUTION: In this service specification preparation work supporting method, a service item list 31 stores a list of service fields and detailed items of service about each service field. A client terminal 4 displays a service field list on a display device 41. When any of the service fields is selected, the list 31 is accessed through an SLA generating part 21, and the service detailed items are acquired and shown on the device 41. The part 21 generates a service condition sheet on the basis of a service detailed item selected by the terminal 4. Also, a specification preparing part 22 prepares an estimate sheet about the selected service detailed item by referring to a price list 32. |
