PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve relatively high analysis sensitivity while following in the wake of a conventional structure. SOLUTION: In this laser ionization mass spectrometer 1, a laser beam 4 is radiated to a molecular beam 3 of measurement object molecules, the measurement object molecules are ionized, and the ion current is detected for mass spectrometry. The laser beam 4 for ionization is radiated to the molecular beam 3 at a plurality of positions, and the ion current of the ionized molecules is detected at each place.
