PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency wiring board that is provided with a high frequency input output section that suppresses a reflection loss of a high frequency signal by eliminating a phase shift at a connection part between a coplanar line and a through-conductor with respect to ground. SOLUTION: The high frequency wiring board is provided with the high frequency input output section, where a 1st coplanar line 5 formed on an upper face of a dielectric substrate 2 and a 2nd coplanar line 8 formed on a lower face of the dielectric substrate 2 in parallel with the 1st coplanar line 5 are placed opposite to each other with an inner layer ground conductor 9 in between, tips of line conductors 3, 6 are electrically connected by a through- conductor 10, ground conductors 4, 7 are electrically connected by a ground through-conductor 11 at a position apart from the through-conductor 10 by a distance of a multiple of 1/8-1 of a wavelength of a high frequency signal at both sides in a direction orthogonal to both the coplanar lines 5, 8. |
