PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a network copy control system, capable of notifying the copy system of a transmission source of the state of a copy system of a transmission destination, when a network copy is executed. SOLUTION: A printing part 116 of a destination system detects the state of a printer each time printing is performed and stores the detected operation state and supply information in a log file 121. Also, the control part 112 of the destination system reads the file 121 each time scanned data is transmitted to the part 116 and transmits a message, corresponding to the operation state and the supply information, to a transmission source system.
