PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a situation that a part with which a cleaning paper does not contact is caused on the surface of a pressure roller as far as possible and to execute excellent cleaning by forming a fold formed on the cleaning paper non-parallel with the advancing direction of the passing cleaning paper. SOLUTION: When the cleaning paper is folded in an ordinary manner and the cleaning is executed, the folding line coincides with the advancing direction of the paper, so that a state where the cleaning paper hardly abuts on the pressure roller is continued at the part of the fold. Then, the cleaning paper is previously bent to form fold so that the fold may not coincide with the advancing direction of the cleaning paper in the case of attaching the cleaning paper to the fixing device and performing the cleaning as shown in figure. By making the cleaning paper pass through the fixing part of the image forming device, a situation that the non-contact part with the cleaning paper exists only at the specified part of the pressure roller is avoided.
