PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reflective liquid crystal device and an electronic equipment equipped with it which reduce parallax and improve display quality and morover simplify the constructions and reduce the production costs. SOLUTION: This liquid crystal device is at least provided with a liquid crystal layer 3 held between a pair of flexible substrates 1, 2, a polarizing plate 8 arranged only on the one substrate of the incident light side and a reflection plate 6 arranged on the other substrate placed opposite to the liquid crystal layer. Additionally, it is constructed by forming a color filter C on either of the pair of the substrates 1, 2 places opposite to the liquid crystal layer. |
