PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an asymmetry of compliance and generated thrust and to prevent the occurrence of a parasitic rotational motion during a translational driving by reducing the change in the lengths of supporting springs and executing a relative positional adjustment of a fixed magnetic circuit. SOLUTION: Positioning of parts is conducted coaxially with the optical axis of an objective lens 7. A spring fixed section form surface, which restrains supporting springs 11a, 11b, 11c and 11d on a fixed block 12 side having larger left and right radii from the coaxial line, is located on coaxial cylindrical surfaces 13a and 13b. Even though relative rotational deviations are generated for the parts along a Y axis during an assembly, fluctuation in the effective lengths of supporting springs hardly occurs, and an asymmetry of compliance caused by the differences in the lengths of the springs 11a and 11b and the springs 11c and 11d located on both wings of a moving section is prevented.
