PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tube which can easily set a new target without requiring a great deal of time at a position of an electron beam. SOLUTION: An O-ring 16 is allocated at a position eccentric onlyΔd from an axis X of an X-ray beam, a target base 11K equipped with target 12 is put on an upper part of a X-ray tube body part 18, and the target 12 is fixed by rotating a securing ring 14 by a screw engagement part from the circumference part to the securing ring 14 and the body part 18 through a target retaining tool 13 and a ring-shaped plate spring 20. Since the target base 11K becomes free and can be rotated by rotating and loosening the securing ring 14, and the target 12 can be set at a new position.
