PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat harness holding structure capable of easily folding with a designated angle requiring no other member. SOLUTION: This flat harness holding structure 10 is equipped with a fixing part 11 provided at one end rim 20A in the width direction of a flat harness 20 and an engagement part 12 provided at other end rim 20B in the width direction of the flat harness 20. The fixing part 11 and the engagement part 12 can be engaged with each other and are disposed at a phase position in the longitudinal direction of the harness 20.
