PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easier such a recovery process as the removal of jammed paper, the toner left on a developing roll, etc., performed on an image forming device after the device returns to a normal state, by operating prescribed parts in the device for a prescribed period of time when a normally used power source is emergently turned off due to an abnormal status during the image forming operation of the device. SOLUTION: The image forming device U is constituted of an emergency power source 1 which is used instead of a normally used power source when an abnormal status occurs during the image forming operation of the device U, and an emergency control means C1 which operates predetermined parts 26c for a prescribed period of time by using the power supply from the power source 1. |
