PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly supply water through a simple work to a water supply tank without removing the water supply tank from the interior of a device body. SOLUTION: When a cap member 26 is rotated in a counterclockwise direction, a cap member 26 is removed from a cap mounting part 24. In this case, a rotary valve body 65 coupled to a valve drive member 66 is rotated in a closing direction togetherwith a cap member 26 and a water supply hole 68 is separated away from a communication hole 54 to close a second water supply valve 35. Further, when the cap member 26 is mounted on the cap mounting part 24, the cap member 26 is inserted in a fit-in state in the cap mounting part 24 of a water supply tank 20 and the cap member 26 is rotated clockwise. This constitution causes a rotary valve body 61 to rotate in an opening direction together with the cap member 26 to cause the water supply hole 68 to coincide with the communication hole 54, and releases a second water supply valve 35.
