PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a landing plane approach alarming device where unrequired approach alarms in parallelly arranged runways is suppressed and alarming truly useful for the judgment of an air-traffic controller is performed. SOLUTION: Even when it is detected that airplanes are close to each other within an alarm distance by approach detection (S200), in the case that the airplanes are about to land along a final advance course present on the extension line of the runway respectively (S214), an approach to a lowest interval smaller than the alarm distance is allowed (S218) and an alarm is not generated (S220). A runway advance area with the alarm suppressed is provided with a length corresponding to the final advance course. Further, by utilizing a three- dimensional area with an altitude condition scheduled for a normal landing operation for an area in a plane direction and applying a speed condition scheduled for the normal landing operation, the accuracy of alarm suppression is improved.
