PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure, to increase precision in positioning and to facilitate the manufacturing (assembling). SOLUTION: The coiling part 3 is provided with a bobbin 5 consisting of a cylinder 50 and flanges 6a, 6b. On one side face of the flanges 6a, 6b, a projection 7 having a hole 9 at the tip end 70 is formed. In addition, on the other side face of the flanges 6a, 6b projections 10a-10d on which a tracking coil is wound are formed. A focusing coil is wound on the outer circumference of the cylinder 50 by nearly half the entire length (number of times of the winding); on its outer side, the tracking coil is wound using the projections 10a-10d, and on its further outer side, the remainder of the focusing coil is wound. After that, a nearly U-shaped lens fixing part 4 is fixedly connected by means of an adhesive or the like. In addition, the coiling part 3 is supported in a displaceable manner through four suspension wires 8 on a damper base 2.
