PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain the source code of an object program by changing the code blocks in the source code of a reference program according to information showing a method of modifying code block extracted while made to correspond to object system definition information. SOLUTION: Information needed for modification is inputted by a builder 500 and converted into object system definition information 601 by a parser 600. A generator source code and a template file are generated from a tag file 101 in the source code 100 of the reference program by using a generator generation system 300. According to a method of modifying the code blocks in the tags of the tag file 101, a generator 700 replaces object character strings to be modified in the code blocks while making the code blocks of the source code of the reference program and object system definition information 601 correspond to each other, and outputs replacing character strings as code blocks into the source code 800 of the object program.
